The Verses of Love

i finally watched "Ayat-Ayat Cinta" last weekend. starred by the handsome Fedi Nuril, Rianti Cartwright, and Carissa Puteri (i think this girl will be the next big hit!)
I've read the novel three years ago and yes, you really can't expect too much from a novel adaptation movie. so i watched it without any expectation and found the movie AWESOME

despite some drawbacks and anomalies in it, i really appreciate Hanung and all the crews' hard work. it's not easy to visualize such a beautiful novel from Habiburrahman El Shirazy, but it is a good milestone for Indonesian' religious movies.
