Europe Day

Last Thursday, my husband and I were invited to attend Europe Day. It's like a celebration for the birth of European Union, a group of European countries who agreed to stand in one umbrella with unities such as one currency, etc.

The party was held in Four Seasons Hotel, Kuningan, Jakarta. The first time I went to this hotel and I just realized how luxurious it is. (that's why music promotor like to arrange famous singer to stay in here or Hotel Mulia ya)..

It was a formal party. Hehehe... Looks similar with a standing party in many wedding receptions but we had speeches first from the European Union Ambassador and a moment to listen to the EU Anthem and Indonesia Raya.

For the food, well, can't say much because I can't eat too much at that time (sungguh ibu hamil yg tidak memanfaatkan kesempatan). But really, they had MANY foods from all European countries and cakes too. Oh and cheese too. and off course many varieties of WINE :)
