Mandala Air

we took this airline during our departure to Denpasar, Bali.
just a small note, despite the small misbehaviour of the flight attendant's service, Mandala has turned out to be a reliable airline for travellers. On the top spot of my favourites, the flight schedule is ON TIME. Even if they need to reschedule the flight it was not to DELAY it, but to shift it to an earlier time. AND, they will send the notification one day before (in my case, by SMS) so you'll have time to re-arrange your plan.

Also, I just found out that other than their main website, they also provide their in-flight magazine online.

By the way, Mandala is very serious in delivering great services for their customer. Proven by their prompt response and action to any reports or complaint from the customer :)
